Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility including ability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Successful completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential customers and members
  • Ability to build meaningful customer connections and offer tailored solutions
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales and meeting targets
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and pitching the benefits of CLEAR
  • Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring positive experiences for travelers, members, and potential customers
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services with the ability to pivot quickly based on customer needs and operational priorities
