Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Sales experience or a passion for sales
  • Ability to engage and connect with diverse customers
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and converting interactions into memberships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Follow security and safety protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling various products and services
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while handling multiple sales-related responsibilities
