Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • open availability including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • prior sales or customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging with travelers
  • deliver exceptional customer service to travelers and members
  • follow security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
  • adapt to selling a variety of products based on customer needs and priorities
  • provide clear communication on the benefits of CLEAR’s services
  • maintain a positive and energetic demeanor throughout interactions
