Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey CLEAR's value
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging travelers and pitching CLEAR benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Adhere to all security protocols, including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by building meaningful connections
  • Support operational priorities and pivot between offerings as needed
