Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test
  • willingness to work in fast-paced environments
  • adherence to security and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales: actively engage with travelers and convert interactions into enrollments
  • deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • demonstrate adaptability in selling various products and pivoting based on customer needs and priorities
  • maintain compliance with safety procedures
  • build meaningful connections with customers through tailored solutions
