Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive and memorable experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a variety of products and services with ability to pivot based on customer needs and operational priorities
  • Maintain adherence to safety procedures
  • Support team efforts and contribute to a positive work environment
