Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
  • Passion for sales and results-driven mindset
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to create meaningful connections
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to grow
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required as training is provided

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences for travelers and members
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling a variety of products and pivoting based on customer needs and priorities
