Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility - ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse travelers
  • Reliable transportation to work location

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times
  • Support team and operational goals by collaborating effectively with colleagues
