Job Qualifications
- Experience in coffee shop or hospitality services preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and shifts
Job Duties
- Effectively run the coffee shops during services and manage inventory as needed
- Assist with hospitality events as needed, including preparing coffee
- Serve in banquets including food serving, cleaning, and catering to execute events with excellence
- Aid team during events by helping to produce what is needed
- Fill in for team members who are off or sick to ensure ministry continues smoothly
- Train volunteers in the coffee shop on taking orders, interacting with customers, and making drinks
