Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail experience preferred
  • ability to lead and hold others accountable

  • safely lift and move merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches and creating equitable experiences
  • lead a team of guest advocates, service advocates and front of store attendants to exceed guest service expectations
  • coach and develop team members to close skill gaps and promote a culture of learning
  • plan and execute daily and weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest engagement objectives
  • support and promote target loyalty programs among team and guests
  • manage guest concerns and de-escalate situations to ensure resolution
  • ensure team members stay informed on major promotions, brand launches and events
  • evaluate and select candidates for open positions
  • work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times
  • support and enable efficient pick up and drive up order fulfillment
  • enforce safety and security protocols and lead by example
  • model welcoming guest interactions and thank guests for shopping at target
