Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail experience preferred
- ability to lead and hold others accountable

- ability to operate technology and handheld devices

- capacity to remain focused and composed in fast-paced setting
- ability to access all building areas for issue resolution

- safely lift and move merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds

- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- capable of exposure to varying temperature and humidity conditions

Job Duties
- Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches and creating equitable experiences
- lead a team of guest advocates, service advocates and front of store attendants to exceed guest service expectations
- coach and develop team members to close skill gaps and promote a culture of learning
- plan and execute daily and weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest engagement objectives
- support and promote target loyalty programs among team and guests
- manage guest concerns and de-escalate situations to ensure resolution
- ensure team members stay informed on major promotions, brand launches and events
- evaluate and select candidates for open positions
- work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times
- support and enable efficient pick up and drive up order fulfillment
- enforce safety and security protocols and lead by example
- model welcoming guest interactions and thank guests for shopping at target
