Job Duties
- Keep service drive clear and park customer vehicles
- Hang keys in designated area
- Clean service drive as needed
- Pick up vehicles from customers
- Return vehicles to customers and communicate service details
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism
- Keep accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and feedback
