Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of delivery or box truck driving experience preferred
  • Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents in the past year
  • Valid driver's license for vehicle class
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly with physical movements including bending and twisting
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Must obtain and maintain DOT certification
  • Adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Safety 1st mentality
  • 1+ years of box truck experience and/or delivery experience preferred
  • Minimum 1+ years of no at-fault accidents
  • Clean motor vehicle record
  • Current driver's license relevant to vehicle types/classes driven during company business
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT certificate while operating an NTW vehicle
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50lbs
  • Ability to complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required
  • Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties

  • Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies
  • Pick, stage and load trucks as requested
  • Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
  • Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers
  • Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy
  • Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area
  • Maintain exceptional customer service based on People Focused Values
  • Come to work in a clean and laundered uniform provided by NTW
  • Operate various material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner as needed
  • Perform other duties as requested or needed
