Job Requirements
- Knowledge of vehicle warranty programs, OEM technical bulletins, factory recalls, vehicle campaigns, OEM required and fleet maintenance programs, fleet operations, and quality control methods
- computer literate with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
- high school graduate or GED
- five years of repair shop experience
- two years in a lead, supervisory, or warranty administration capacity
- possesses valid Wisconsin Driver License (CDL is a plus)

Job Duties
- Processes warranty claims
- verifies that claim is valid per manufacturer criteria
- completes all required paperwork
- resubmits rejected claims
- downloads and reviews warranty credits from factory prior to submitting to accounting
- assists with body shop warranty claims as needed
- submits write-offs to Manager for approval
- follows up payment of outstanding claims
- opens and closes regular RO's
- tracks warranty parts by tagging with RO number, date of replacement, and date part to be disposed of
- arranges for parts to be shipped to distributor or scrapped
- files and maintains all service records
- stays current on factory recalls and bulletins
- coordinates fleet preventative maintenance programs with Manager
- dispatches for road calls, wrecker service, and tire repair
- communicates status of repair work to customers
- posts and reconciles technicians' daily timecards
- produces productivity and efficiency reports
- assists Manager in obtaining customer authorization numbers and final closing of repair orders
- performs primary receptionist responsibilities
- fills in for manager and runs department as necessary
- performs other duties as required
