Job Requirements
- Minimum of at least 1 year Honda and/or Acura service experience
- Working knowledge of CDK and X-Time operating systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Emphasis on customer satisfaction

Job Duties
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure the customer feels this will be their only service point
- Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
