Job Duties

  • Greet customers and manage express service drive lane flow
  • Write and manage service repair orders efficiently
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended services and maintenance
  • Coordinate technician workflow to maximize productivity
  • Answer customer questions regarding vehicles, services, and warranties
  • Assist with parts coordination and basic warranty documentation
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, parts, and management teams
