Job Duties
- Greet customers and manage express service drive lane flow
- Write and manage service repair orders efficiently
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services and maintenance
- Coordinate technician workflow to maximize productivity
- Answer customer questions regarding vehicles, services, and warranties
- Assist with parts coordination and basic warranty documentation
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Communicate effectively with technicians, parts, and management teams
