Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Duties
- Oversee service orders and workflow in the Drive Lane
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs
- Maintain high Customer Success Index standards
