Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capacity to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
  • good vision including close vision and depth perception
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • valid motor vehicle driving record
  • willingness to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Oversee flow of drive lane
  • ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression
  • provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person
  • ensure that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers
  • distribute work between technicians efficiently
