Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Five plus years of experience in service writing advisor role
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Efficient typing skills
  • Basic computer and cost calculation skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to work Monday through Saturday during shop hours
  • Must comply with drug free workplace policies

Job Duties

  • Present a friendly professional greeting to customers
  • Identify confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns
  • Serve as the communicator between customer and technician
  • Ensure customer's needs are understood by the technician
  • Ensure needed and recommended service repairs are understood by the customer
  • Enter repair orders efficiently using typing skills
  • Manage time effectively for self and others
