Job Qualifications

- Customer service experience in a public-facing role

Job Duties
- Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer experience through additional assignments
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries
- Ensure daily inventory of technician time is sold to service customers
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
- Maintain Customer Happiness scores
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools
- Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise service department
- Set schedules and assign tasks to service employees
- Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards
- Encourage compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintain good working relationships with factory and employees
- Collaborate with management on hiring and discipline decisions
