Job Duties

  • Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Take ownership of the customer experience through additional assignments
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries
  • Ensure daily inventory of technician time is sold to service customers
  • Distribute work efficiently among technicians
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
  • Maintain Customer Happiness scores
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise service department
  • Set schedules and assign tasks to service employees
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards
  • Encourage compliance with laws and regulations
  • Maintain good working relationships with factory and employees
  • Collaborate with management on hiring and discipline decisions
