Job Requirements
- Proven experience as server and bartender
- Proficient in crafting cocktails and bar setup
- Ability to communicate about wine and food effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and organize efficiently
- Professional and diplomatic in client interactions
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights and weekends
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as server and bartender
- Strong knowledge of mixing drinks, spirits, recipes, techniques, flavor balancing, and bar setup
- Ability to discuss wine and cuisine nuances eloquently
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrates diplomacy and professionalism with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Desire to be part of a collaborative team
Job Duties
- Learn craft cocktail menu and prepare mixed drinks as needed
- Assist in creating seasonal craft cocktails
- Assist with inventory management and liquor ordering
- Present menu, provide recommendations, and answer food and beverage questions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly with proper presentation and temperature
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs or concerns
- Maintain knowledge of menu, wine list, and specials offering suggestions and pairings
- Ensure dining room and service areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue
- Handle payment transactions, process bills, and ensure accurate change
- Collaborate with team to maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and guest service
- Ensure all guests leave with a positive impression
- Perform closing and opening duties for bar area as needed
