Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Must obtain Food Handlers permit as required by state
- Compassion for and desire to work with seniors
- Ability to perform duties courteously and professionally
- Honest, fair, dependable
- Respect confidentiality and privacy
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
- Meet all health requirements and pass background checks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely and scheduled manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Follow oral and written directions accurately
- Work as part of the dietary team to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operation
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors
- Maintain resident confidentiality and respect privacy
