Job Requirements

  • Ability to work 3pm to 7pm on weekdays and every other weekend
  • Experience in food service or related fields
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to follow dietary policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurants, diners, pubs, bars, banquet serving, senior living communities, mall food service, fast food, catering companies, or events
  • Knowledge of proper serving etiquette
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Skills in food presentation and quality assurance
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Understanding of dietary restrictions and policies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards at all times
  • Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards continually
  • Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards
  • Exhibit speed, accuracy, and efficiency in serving
  • Set tables and maintain workstations properly
  • Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously
  • Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing, and reset tables
  • Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
  • Understand and serve diets correctly per Policy and Procedure
  • Represent community warmly and positively
  • Support business decisions to drive revenue and occupancy
