Job Requirements
- Part-time availability
- Ability to work 3pm-7pm shifts on weekdays and every other weekend
- Experience in food service industry including restaurants, diners, pubs, banquet serving or senior living communities
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and presentation standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform serving duties
- Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and hospitality
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food service such as restaurants, diners, pubs, banquet serving or senior living communities
- Ability to work part-time shifts including weekday afternoons and every other weekend
- Knowledge of serving etiquette and customer service standards
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and ability to serve meals according to policy
Job Duties
- Exemplify Foulk Manor standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards
- Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy and efficiency
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order
- Take orders and provide service courteously
- Answer questions about menu items
- Clear dishes during and after meal service
- Assist with dish washing and reset tables
- Serve using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
- Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly
- Represent community in a warm and inviting manner
- Support business decisions and employee engagement to drive revenue and occupancy
