Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to carry trays and perform physical tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional table service to residents and guests
- Ensure dining room is clean, orderly, and properly set before and after each meal
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
- Address resident questions and concerns with warmth, patience, and respect
- Support residents with special dietary needs or preferences
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with other dining-related tasks as assigned by supervisors
