Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability for day and evening shifts including weekdays and every other weekend
- Ability to follow strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and hospitable attitude
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurants, diners, pubs, bars, banquet serving, senior living communities, mall food service, fast food restaurants, or catering companies
- Ability to work day and evening shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and hospitality focus
- Ability to follow dietary guidelines
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards at all times
- Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation
- Serve with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Set tables and maintain workstations properly
- Take orders and provide courteous service
- Clear dishes, assist with dishwashing, and reset tables
- Serve customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting atmosphere
- Follow dietary policies and procedures
- Represent community positively and support revenue and occupancy goals
