Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- obtain Food Handlers Permit
- prior experience in a server or waitstaff role preferred
- ability to work full time
- must have compassion for seniors
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- pass required health screenings and background checks

Job Duties
- deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner
- serve meals on schedule following dietary guidelines
- provide first-class customer service to residents
- work as part of the dietary team for smooth kitchen operations
- communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area
- comply with all health regulations and company policies
