Job Requirements

criminal background screening is required
full-time availability from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., including some weekends
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good communication skills
physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

experience in restaurant or customer service is a plus but not required
friendly and approachable to make guests feel welcome
stay positive especially when busy
be patient and understanding when customers have requests or concerns
notice when things need to be clean and help keep the dining area tidy and safe

Job Duties

check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they're happy
keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
after each meal, set up the dining room again and take pride in how it looks
