Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond to any needs or requests
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
