Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Basic math skills for processing payments
  • Compliance with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of POS systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on menu items
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature
  • Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond to any needs or requests
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
