Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a server position
- Management and/or training experience
- Must speak English
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively
- Familiarity with food safety standards is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Ensure front of the house team is delivering exceptional service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Serve food and drinks to guests while maintaining high standards of service
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring cleanliness throughout the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials and dietary restrictions, to provide informed recommendations to guests
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly
