Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years restaurant experience
  • Proven knowledge of wine service
  • Ability to work from 5 pm to 10 pm, five nights a week
  • Must be available on weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and staff enrichment trips

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a fine dining restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of wine, particularly Northern Italian varieties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evening shifts and weekends

Job Duties
