Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years restaurant experience
- Proven knowledge of wine service
- Ability to work from 5 pm to 10 pm, five nights a week
- Must be available on weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and staff enrichment trips

- Experience in a fine dining restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of wine, particularly Northern Italian varieties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
