Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding service with a positive attitude, ensuring every guest feels cared for and valued
- Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and answering questions
- Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle guest concerns and requests professionally and promptly
- Assist in setting up and closing the dining area efficiently
