Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- willingness to work in a caregiving or senior living environment
- dependable and punctual
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- friendly and customer service oriented disposition
- able to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Job Qualifications

- able to learn on the job with paid training
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Set and clear tables
- take residents' dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service
- review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
- assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events
- create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents
- clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room
