Job Requirements

  • Obtain Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
  • Must have compassion and desire to work with seniors
  • Ability to perform duties in a courteous and professional manner
  • Must be honest, fair, dependable, and respect confidentiality
  • Must communicate effectively with others
  • Must meet health standards and pass background checks

Job Duties

  • Deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner
  • Follow scheduled meal times accurately
  • Provide first-class customer service to all residents and guests
  • Work collaboratively with dietary team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors
