Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members

Job Qualifications

Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic knowledge of food service hygiene practices

Job Duties

Set and clear tables
Take residents' dining orders and provide excellent customer service
Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining options
Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals, banquets, and special events
Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and maintain positive relationships with residents
Clean and sanitize carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining equipment
