Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset but not required
- willingness to learn and adapt
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
Job Duties
- Set and clear tables
- take residents dining orders
- provide the highest level of customer service
- review menus with residents
- acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
- assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events
- create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues
- maintain positive relationships with residents
- clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room
