Job Requirements

No prior experience needed
ability to complete paid on-the-job training
availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
willingness to comply with health and safety standards
basic English proficiency
legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a team environment
basic food safety knowledge
customer service experience preferred
ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness
reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

Set and clear tables
take residents dining orders
provide the highest level of customer service
review menus with residents
acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
assist with the preparation delivery and cleanup of daily meals banquets and special events
create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues
build positive relationships with residents
clean and sanitize carpet tables chairs condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room
