Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical stamina to carry trays and perform cleaning tasks
- customer-service oriented mindset
- reliable and punctual
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- ability to provide courteous and attentive service to residents
- willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training
Job Duties
- Set and clear tables
- take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service
- review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
- assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events
- create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and develop positive relationships with residents
- clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room
