Job Requirements
- at least two years of high volume service experience in NYC
- knowledge of artisanal beers and fresh ingredient cocktails
- ability to deliver warm and friendly guest interactions
- proficiency in cash and credit handling procedures using Toast
- adherence to NYCHD and company sanitation and safety standards
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- willingness to maintain prescribed uniform and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- minimum two years NYC high volume service experience
- knowledge of artisanal beers and craft cocktail preparation
- strong cocktail repertoire including classic and modern drinks
- ability to educate guests on menu items and pairings
- certification in Cicerone preferred
- certification in NY Health Department and T.I.P.S considered an asset
- excellent multitasking and communication skills
- ability to maintain a professional appearance adhering to dress code
Job Duties
- orchestrate the Jacob's Pickles experience by delivering premium yet comfortable service
- exhibit strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails and craft beers
- assist guests in understanding and exploring menu options
- ensure exceptional guest interactions to guarantee memorable experiences
- master the menu for optimal beer and food pairings
- maintain organized, neat work areas with efficient execution
- follow NYCHD sanitation standards and company policies
