Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
- ability to work late night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM - 3 AM
- works assigned scheduled shifts
- alcohol awareness certification (i.e serv save, tips, etc) required
- food handling certificate a plus
- fluent in English
- able to speak, read, write
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding

Job Duties
- Live and embrace American Social vision and core values
- report to work on time and prepared for the shift
- follow all image and appearance standards
- have a positive attitude and provide the best service possible
- promptly and courteously greet guests
- guide guests through beverage and food ordering process while making specific suggestions
- confidently describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus
- deliver beverages and food efficiently and maintain engagement to ensure a positive experience
- close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting back
- clean and prepare tables for new guests
- support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
- practice teamwork during all shifts and support both FOH and BOH priorities
- work cohesively with all team members
- be flexible to assist in other departments as requested
- work well under pressure
- follow the direction of the managers on duty
- support and follow all marketing initiatives
