Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
- ability to work late night shifts potentially until 12 AM to 3 AM
- alcohol awareness certification (e.g., ServSafe, TIPs) required
- able to speak, read, write English
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- ability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds
- ability to remain in stationary position up to 4 hours during shift
- satisfactory communication with guests, management, and co-workers
Job Qualifications

- ability to remain stationary for up to 4 hours
- satisfactory communication skills with guests, management, and co-workers
Job Duties

- promptly and courteously greet guests
- guide guests through beverage and food ordering process while making specific suggestions
- confidently describe and sell all items on the menus
- deliver beverages and food efficiently and maintain engagement
- close guest experience by processing payments and inviting guests back
- clean and prepare tables for new guests
- support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping environment clean and organized
- practice teamwork during all shifts and support FOH and BOH priorities
- work cohesively with all team members
- assist in other departments as requested
- work well under pressure
- follow managers' directions
- support and follow marketing initiatives
