Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to work late night shifts potentially until between 12 AM - 3 AM
- Alcohol awareness certification such as Serv Safe or TIPs
- Ability to work assigned scheduled shifts
- Fluent in English
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- Satisfactory communication with guests, management, and co-workers
Job Qualifications

- Fluent in English with the ability to speak, read, and write

- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests, management, and co-workers
Job Duties

- Maintain a positive attitude and provide the best service possible
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Guide guests through beverage and food ordering process while making specific suggestions
- Confidently describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus
- Deliver beverages and food efficiently and maintain engagement to ensure a positive experience
- Close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting them back
- Clean and prepare tables for new guests
- Support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
- Practice teamwork during all shifts and support both FOH and BOH priorities
- Work cohesively with all team members
- Be flexible to assist in other departments as requested
- Work well under pressure
- Follow the direction of the managers on duty
- Support and follow all marketing initiatives
