Job Requirements
- Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary
- occasional lifting and or moving of items up to 50 lbs

- Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant is preferred
- knowledge of food and beverage pairing is a plus

Job Duties
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or requests
- make sure that food and beverages are on the table promptly
- process payments and handle cash and card transactions
- maintain a demeanor of professionalism and excellence in service delivery
- assist with service of special events and private dining experiences
- collaborate closely with other departments to optimize operational efficiency
- ensure all dining areas are stocked with necessary supplies
- champion health, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times
- proactively identify and address potential hazards
- maintain impeccable personal hygiene, adhere to uniform standards, and exemplify conduct expectations
- embrace ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to departmental goals
