Job Requirements

Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary
Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 50 lbs
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Previous experience as a server
Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant is preferred

Job Duties

Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or requests
Make sure that food and beverages are on the table promptly
Process payments and handle cash and card transactions

Assist with service of special events and private dining experiences
Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize operational efficiency
Ensure all dining areas are stocked with necessary supplies
Champion health, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times
Proactively identify and address potential hazards
Maintain impeccable personal hygiene, adhere to uniform standards, and exemplify conduct expectations
