Job Requirements
- Ability to move throughout the dining room effectively
- Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15lbs
- Ability to carry bus tubs weighing up to 40lbs
- Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a food server preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus
- Assist with questions about menu and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Input orders into POS system precisely
- Communicate modifications and dietary requests to kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check order accuracy before delivery
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for next guests
- Encourage guests to explore menu options and up-sell
- Process payments accurately and provide receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist in overall restaurant cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers
- Assist colleagues during peak times
