- Provide attentive and efficient table service to guests
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, including Jamaican cuisine and world rums
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with dress code by wearing bright and vibrant clothing
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with respect and courtesy
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas
