 - ability to perform physically demanding tasks
 
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fine dining, preferably in a Michelin-star or luxury hospitality environment
 - comprehensive knowledge of food, wine and spirits, with the ability to recommend pairings to guests
 - strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with high-profile and sophisticated clientele
 - ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy setting while maintaining impeccable professionalism
 - familiarity with health and safety regulations related to high-end dining service
 - ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
 
Job Duties
- Provide world-class table service in line with the club's fine dining standards
 - anticipate and accommodate the needs of guests, ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience
 - take orders, deliver food and beverages and maintain an inviting interaction with guests
 - possess thorough knowledge of menu items, including preparation, ingredients, and special dietary options
 - ensure prompt and accurate food delivery, collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations
 - maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the dining area and assigned stations, including setting up and breaking down tables
 - accurately manage orders using the POS system and process payments following club policies
 - stay informed on health and safety standards and comply with all club procedures
 - participate in pre-service meetings and ongoing training to uphold the club's service standards
 - follow all opening/closing and side work duties assigned by management
