Job Duties
- Support the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage Department
- Function as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
- Respond positively and promptly to guest inquiries
- Undertake assigned tasks and duties ensuring timely and professional completion
- Meet departmental plans and objectives
- Collaborate with immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and internal and external audit requirements
