Job Requirements

Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred)
Strong knowledge base of food, wine, and spirits
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry best practices, including department of health standards
Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
Positive attitude
a team player that’s willing to work as a team to provide the best possible guest experience every time

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
Provide detailed knowledge of food, wine, and spirits to guests
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Adhere to health and safety standards including department of health regulations
Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction
