Job Requirements
- Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- availability to work at least one weeknight
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of food and beverage service experience in New York City
- proven ability to perform under pressure
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience working in a structured team environment
- familiarity with live music venues is a plus
- strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet and sanitize guests
- take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- deliver orders efficiently to guests
- manage guest inquiries and resolve issues
- work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
